WCBD presents: A Night of Education & Policy:  State & Local Compliance and the New License Model.

with Rogoway Law speakers: Blair Gue & Erin Carlstrom

Join us on April 18th, 6-9pm at Union Hotel in Occidental, for an evening of Education and Policy -  hosted by Women's CBD.

Erin Carlstrom is an associate attorney with the Rogoway Law Group. Erin has worked as the firm’s compliance and land use attorney since 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Erin served as a City Council Member for the City of Santa Rosa, where she twice chaired the Cannabis Policy subcommittee, and ushered in major policy reforms on behalf of patients and local operators.

Erin graduated from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and an emphasis on American Government. She earned her law degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where she earned honors on the moot court team, trained in international dispute resolution in Geneva, Switzerland and London, UK., and worked for the US department of Justice.

Since joining the firm, she has focused her practice on compliance, government relations, and land use issues throughout California. Her work has helped clients achieve their entitlements in communities all over the state, and has been responsible for major policy shifts, enabling increased patient access and opportunities for business growth.

Blair Gue is the Director of Legal Operations at Rogoway Law Group's San Francisco Office. A native of California, Blair attended Loyola Marymount University as an undergraduate and later earned her law degree from Chicago Kent College of Law in Illinois. Licensed to practice law in both California and Illinois, Blair has worked at Rogoway Law Group since 2014 and currently works with hundreds of companies on compliance, corporate, and enforcement issues. With a background in criminal defense, Blair has extensive experience appearing in court on behalf of cannabis industry operators. As a result, Blair’s mix of skills and experience make her an invaluable resource to those operating in California’s complex regulatory regime.

Blair’s practice focuses on state law compliance where she assists clients in navigating California’s medical and adult use regulations. With extensive knowledge of MCRSA and AUMA, Blair’s works to ensure that every client is prepared for the highly regulated cannabis industry of tomorrow.
